Daddy's Post

I should have been in bed over an hour and a half ago...but didn't feel like it. So, I figured I would take a few minutes and post some pictures for everyone to look at. Of course, you know I can't just post normal pictures so here are some that I have "adjusted" a bit. Just color adjustments though, no bizarre photo manipulations.

As you will notice there are a bit more of Ella than everyone else. That's because babies don't know to freak out when you take their picture. :) It's possible that Kaylane has posted some of these before (not sure) but I liked them none the less and figured no one would really mind if there were duplicates.

Enjoy!

Shot of part of the crowd at Ella's birthday party when we revealed that baby #2 is going to be a girl.

Me and my daughter.

Grandma Hall again.

Kaylane...hating the camera.

Uncle Christopher washing dishes.

Crawling in the front yard.

I have no clue what that face is for.

So curious about the camera. (She has her mother's gorgeous eyes.)

So stinkin' sweet...despite the banana covered mouth.

I'm continue to be amazed at what God has blessed me with.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

We took Ella swimming at my sister's new apartment complex on Friday afternoon so she could try out her new bathing suit. It took her a while to get used to it, but she eventually relaxed. :)

Today we broke out the good old baby pool while daddy washed the cars.

How cute is her bikini??

Gotta love it!

Ella in Indiana

David and I took Ella up to Indiana University (while we were up there last weekend for my brother's wedding) and here are a few pics that daddy caught of his girl. Isn't she perfect??

5 Months Preggo

For those of you who have doubted the existence of Baby Crandall #2, allow me to introduce you....

These pictures are not flattering at all, but it's hard to see her with my shirt down so I decided to suck it up and take the bare belly shots that I love so much. :)

1 Year Old Check-Up Results

David and I took Ella in for her one year old check-up today. I didn't take my camera, but here are her stats:

Weight: 19 lbs. 9 oz. (25-50%)
Height: 31 inches long!! (90-95%)
Head: 18 (50%)

She is a healthy and happy baby girl....well, not super happy....she got 3 shots!

Linda sent this picture to me and I thought it was cute. :)

Birthday Bash #2

Right after I got pregnant with Ella we started attending 121 Community Church in Grapevine. Our Life Group was FULL of preggos so we all got to experience the joys of pregnancy together. Since they were all born within weeks of each other, we decided to throw them a combined birthday bash!

Each of the four kiddos had a cup cake with their name on it.

Ella wanted to touch it SO bad!

And of course....as soon as she saw the flame....

...she touched it!!!! I then had to give her a bottle just to calm her down. :)

Then I put her back in the high chair and she enjoyed the sweet goodness!

How cute is this cake?

All four mommies holding up their offspring! Dane (far right) was born first in late April, then Ella was born on May 6th, then Bishop (to the right of Ella) was born a week or so later, then Alyssa (far left) was born a week or so after Bishop.

All four birthday babies listening to us sing Happy Birthday

Proud mommy and daddy!

And the verdict is.....

We told our parents that the doctor couldn't tell the sex of Baby Crandall #2 just yet because David wanted to see their reactions in person....so he made a little sign that Ella opened at her party! It was perfect!

Part 2

This was the adult's cake....didn't Linda do a great job???

Here is Ella's cake...daddy made it!

We had pizza and salad.

Guests in the front room....

....guests in the living room....

....guests everywhere! :)

Patiently awaiting her cake....

....eating the cake as delicately as possible. We were hoping for a messy picture!

This is about as bad as it got. She's never really been a messy eater so I don't know why I thought her party would be any different!
We had a lot of fun and just want to say thank you to all who came and loved on Ella!!!
