I put Ella down for her morning nap (she sleeps on her belly) and as I was working on my laptop I decided to look over at the video monitor to check on her and this is what I found....
....gotta love that she knows how to roll over now!

Heavy Heart
I don't have much time to write since I am at work today, but if you want to know the whole story behind Copeland's anticipated arrival and birth, please feel free to go to http://www.conorbootheandgirls.blogspot.com/.
In response to their request, I am asking you to pray over some friends of mine, Boothe and Conor Farley. Last Tuesday they gave birth to a beautiful little girl (Copeland Fair Farley) who is not expected to live very long due a disease called Trisomy-18. God has already blessed them with more time than they ever thought they would have with her, but things have taken a turn for the worse today and they are in major need of prayer. Please pray for strength and peace for these two parents as they finally surrender their little girl to her Father.

Play date at the Boutwell's
When David and I started attending 121 Community Church I was only one of like a million pregnant ladies. Our small group alone had like eight preggos and most of us were due within days of each other! Well, now that all of us have had our kiddos, a friend of mine has been arranging play dates every other week or so. Today's play date was at Erica's house and it was so much fun!
This is Logan....he is the oldest of the bunch. I believe he is a little over a year old. And yes, he has some left-over chicken spaghetti on his chin! :)
This of course is my little angel. She had an absolute blast in Bishop's excersaucer!
This is Slade. How cute is he??
And we all know little Bishop! I call him Ella's boyfriend because they just sit and stare at each other. It is so cute!

Patty Cake, Patty Cake.......
David and I are sitting on the couch trying to figure out how to spell the title of this entry...and I'm pretty sure it's actually "Pat a Cake," but whatever the case, below is one of Ella's first times to play the game with my mom. It was great to watch because she got so excited! Ella liked it a lot too. :)

Go Baby Go!
David's goal is to have Ella walking by the time she is 6 months old. I used to laugh at the very thought....now I'm not so sure he won't reach that goal!!
Look at her go!!

Just playing catch up!

On September 2, 2005, David and I said "I Do."
On September 2, 2006, David and I dressed up for a nice anniversary dinner and then we stopped by Albertson's on the way home to buy a pregnancy test.
On September 2, 2007, I took this picture of my beautiful baby girl before we headed out for church....

Let the teething begin.....
Today was absolutely exhausting. To my knowledge there still aren't any teeth in Ella's little mouth, but she screamed ALL day long and the only thing that made her happy was sucking on my fingers surrounded by a cold wash cloth. Hopefully she will sleep through the night without any trouble. I put her down about two hours ago and she has only mumbled a few times...so we'll see.
On a happier note, Ashley came to visit this weekend and brought me some of the pictures her and my mom took at Ella's birth. I know these are old news now, but it was kind of neat to look back and remember all of the feelings from those first few minutes of her life. Just thought you'd like to see them too.
Me and Ashley just hanging out in the birthing room before things got crazy! Obviously my contractions weren't too bad at this point since I was smiling :)
David making fun of the "laboring" position....
....but once 3am came around, it wasn't quite as funny!
Me right after Ella was born....drugs are my friend!!! :)
Holding Ella for the first time.
First family picture.
My labor and delivery nurse was awesome! I could not have done it without her support.
Ella's hands and feet.
David showing Ella to Grandma Hall.
Grandma Ketchersid has a red nose.....wonder why?? :) How sweet is it that Ella is holding her finger?? Love that!!

Ella's First Rangers Game
Stephen and Erica Boutwell invited us to a Rangers game a few weeks ago and we had a blast! They brought Bishop, their new little one, who is 10 days younger than Ella.
Bath Time with Grandma Hall
Grandma Hall stopped by to visit last Wednesday so we asked her to help out with Ella's bath. Here are some snap shots of them after she got out of the tub. Enjoy!

Ella's first day with the nanny!!
Today is Ella's first day with Carisma....her new nanny! Carisma is a sweet, sweet lady and I have absolutely NO hesitations regarding her "nannying" skills, but I sure did cry all the way to work this morning!

4 Months Old
My baby girl is growing up. We went in for her 4 month check up today and she is right on track. I cannot believe that 4 months have now passed by, especially since 4 months of being pregnant feels like a year and a half! :)
