Last week I made a meal plan for the week and it made my life SO much easier! Therefore, I am doing it again this week!

Monday
Roast
Carrots
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Green Beans
Fresh Pineapple

Tuesday
Shepherd's Pie
Garlic Bread
Sugared Peaches

Wednesday
BBQ Chicken
Baked Potatoes (with cheese, sour cream and bacon bits)
Sauteed Cabbage
Strawberries and Bananas

Thursday
Garlic Roasted Chicken
Broccoli
Rice a Roni
Pears

Friday
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Jasmine Rice
Fruit Salad

Alternate Meal Ideas
Broccoli and Cheese or Chicken Noodle Soup with Late July Crackers
Grilled Chicken with Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  1. I am so impressed that you serve fruit with every meal. I have got to get better at that! I want to know how to make the roasted garlic chicken and sweet and sour chicken. I make a meal plan for 3 weeks and go shopping once. It saves me a lot of money...I'm also a coupon-aholic! Ha! You're making me hungry!

  2. Both of those recipes are new to me so I will get the recipe when I get home and post it for you. :) I wish I was a coupon-aholic but I haven't quite figured out that game yet! Let me know if you have any tips!
