Meet MoMo

David and I left Ella with my mom and went into town to do a little Christmas shopping. While in Old Navy, David found Ella an early Christmas present........MoMo the monkey!

I miss my baby.....

It's days like today that I very much envy all of you stay at home moms. Don't get me wrong, I actually do enjoy my job and I feel extremely blessed that I get to work from home two days a week, but I was able to take all of last week off for Thanksgiving and it was REALLY hard to drop Ella off at her nanny's house this morning. It's now lunch time and I am sitting in my sad little cubicle missing her terribly so I thought I would begin posting some pictures we took while we celebrated Thanksgiving with my family in Indiana. There will definitely be more to come!

She sat in the sink with this duck in her mouth (not moving) for like 2 minutes straight! We laughed really hard as she just stared at us as if she was posing for the camera. I think she knows that she is cute now! :)

No Likey The Peaches

We tried peaches for the first time last night.....I think the below pictures say it all!

Guess who is 6 months old???

I took Ella in for her 6 month old check-up today. I just can't believe that she is half a year old! Below are her stats:

She weighed in at 15.5 pounds....which is in the 50% percentile....

....measured 27 inches long....which is in the 90-75% percentile....

....and had a head circumference of 17 inches....which is the 75-50% percentile.



She has no idea that she's about to get four shots!
